An Independent Immigration Policy for Scotland?

I’ve brought together some of my arguments about immigration policy and Scottish independence in a new article for Discover Society. It’s part of a special issue on the Scottish independence debate.

One Response to An Independent Immigration Policy for Scotland?

  1. It is the failure of Scotland to attract sufficient immigrants that has led to the closeness of the Independence Debate. In England the media fully recognise any attempt at limiting immigration as racist and a lot of people see Scottish independence as racist. See http://tinyurl.com/oejc6da for an example.
